How to Listen to and How to Understand the Inner Silence

This is a really important subject. It has to do with everything that properly means Spiritual Awakening. First of all, there must be patience, respect, humility and real desire of Love to the Truth.
Inner silence, is the necessary introduction in the mystic process of the spiritual adoration. This means that inner silence, truly is, a prayer of praise but without words.
Why, without words?
Because before this, everything has already being said. The moment arrives then, where we unite in the spiritual elevation of the surrender, itself.
And listening is, literally, to feel how all our being fills with a great Love. This Love is of pure spiritual nature. And this Love that we feel, is also the Love that we receive. This is the correct way of understanding how to listen to, and to feel in silence, the presence of Divine Love.
There is much to say on this subject, but one step at the time, will take us to the culmination of this important experience in the life of every person who looks for communion with the truth: “God.”

The Search for Truth. Inspirational Story

A selected group of people left on a journey searching for Truth. Some traveled by ship, got lost and were never found. Others, went to the highest mountains with steep summits and were never found. Others, traveled by paths and paths, got lost, and were never found either. But others stayed to reflect, they got lost in their reflection, and their minds were never found. Only one, who recogned that all the others had failed, understood that Truth was neither in a far away place nor near him because every place, finally is a place. And he said: ” If it is not here, if it is not there. Where is Truth? It seems to hide, to conceal.”
He finally got older and his time to die arrived. And in his deathbed, close to leave, a very small child approached him and said: ” Why do you have to leave? “
And he learned the first truth: Nothing is permanent. If you search for Truth in the impermanent, you will not find it.
He stared at the child and said: ” Don’t do what I did. Don’t look for Truth because you will get lost and will only find the impermanent.”
The child did not understand and said: ” Truth, what is Truth. I don’t know.”
Then, the old man understood the Second Truth: There is a profound mystery that covers Truth. It is a vast infinite cloak that is present in everything that exists, in the time, in the temporary. All may seem very real one day and the next day, it may not be. And this is a mystery and it was found that everything changes and that the secret of Truth is kept as mystery. What is the mystery? It is the search for Truth in what is transitory.
Then, what could he explain to that child about Truth, which he has searched for so much? He could not say anything because he did not know anything. Nevertheless, the child understood and said: ” Oh, I know what Truth is. It is what nobody can talk about, then I will listen to it in the silence.”
And that old man understood that what is relative is changing. And that the mystery is won in the silence. And when surprised by the silence, he found himself with the mind serene and everything was then Truth. Life is like a dream and what is permanent and important inhabits in the spiritual silence, in secret words, in the eternal spiritual vision.
Truth, which is immortal essence, is not born, does not ever die.
And that man saw the child and understood: ” Even though I may leave, one part of me will stay in you and another part of you will leave with me. Separated, united, that is the Truth. In essence, nothing comes and nothing goes. What is permanent always is.”

Why God does not Listen?

On many occasions, we ignore God as if He was too far away and could not listen to our unimportant problems. And thus, we start building a large separation as a wall that we cannot come through, while our faith weakens and our hope dies. And to make things worse, we start seeing the world as the total reality and our values fall to the ground and become nothing.
Then, we think that we can do everything by ourselves, assuming that this is freedom, until the time comes that we fall into our own trap. And difficulties follow that can’t be solved by the world and all becomes a nightmare. It is there, when we try to come through the wall built by us, while saying:
” Why God does not listen?” “Why God does not help me?” And to make things worse, we recriminate and offend Him because he is not solving our problems. But, did God create our problems?
And we continue until the end of that road and then we have a small opportunity, of kneeling and clamoring for God’s presence.
Forgive me my Lord, for all my lacks, for my wrong kind of life, for my confusion and selfishness. I searched other paths. I took my eyes off you. But I now understand that I need you, even more than the newborn child needs his mother, I cannot take a step if you don’t guide me.
Look at me, lost, filled with difficulties and enemies, living in the valley of the shadows; nobody wants to rescue or assist me. But I need You. Be my light, my shield, my sword, defend me even from myself.
I repent of all my wrongdoings and also of moving away from my true home because you are that house, that fortress, that castle, that empire, that wisdom and that home.
And today, lost and humble,I ask you to give me just a moment, since just a moment is needed to change my heart. Then, I will have the strength to overcome the unbearable because You will be with me, and then, who can be against me?
Lord, be my refuge, my breath, my heart, my will. I don’t want to go on without You. I need You and surrender to You. I put everything into Your Hands. I’m a small, insignificant fish and you are the infinite sea. Take me where you want to, guide me, be my only truth and destiny. I have lived the wrong way, living a fantasy that I confused as the real life. And now everyting -as water between my hands, slipped away. And i felt the deepest and most terrible fear in the loneliness of my soul, which is the fear that You are not longer by my side.
Today, I look for you, bowing my head, repenting and asking You to accept me and to let me live at your feet since I now know that it is more valuable to live like this that having the world, since nothing is true in the world.
Lord,do not take your eyes off me, your compassion heals my heart, please, pick up my unworthy soul, which wants to promise that only in You, will find the meaning of truth.
Lord, allow me not me, but You to live in me. Raise me from hell, bring me out of darkness, clean me with your presence and allow me to love You with all the strength of my heart.
Be my comforter, light in the path, living water that satiates my thirst and removes my suffering.
Lord, the world condemns, traps, incriminates me but I no longer want to deceive, to lie, to ignore, to confuse. Listen to the clamor of this humble soul that joins his hands and asks for your forgiveness.
Lord, become the beating of this heart which is already Yours.

Beyond Knowledge. Unconditional Love

When you open the heart, the truth will reveal. Nevertheless, an easy comprehension will not happen because it is the language of the silence and the human mind is not capable of understanding this word, but there is a thin, narrow and delicate path, that is the discernment, which contemplates the spiritual eye.
When virtue is exalted, then, the mystical contemplation and the humility raise and reveals you more than the light of the sun. Be cautious, patient and diligent; that knowledge is not a fleeting word and is not an argument for a doctrinal combat either. It is always near the spiritual revelation.
Knowing the essence of the things and knowing, is to extend your deep look in a spiritual horizon, where you do not need words, because beauty has overcome wisdom.
And then you are not you, any longer but only the reality. Then, the blue of the sky and of the deep sea have melted, as the reason and the word, as the look of two beings in love that even though you separate them and put distance among them, you will never be able to truly separate them.
In this way the spiritual action becomes the real happening which has discovered the permanent thing. Be conscious that truth overcomes wisdom since his aroma is the beauty of the spirit that appeases, calms and solves everything as if you would take clear and pure water in a glass. You will be satiated of all thirst and the supreme experience stays. Since the truth has a name that few persons can repeat and this is unconditional Love.

The Profound Look

When we look at a snow covered mountain, we can distinguish its age. Maybe, it has as many years, or even more than man on earth. But all this in the infinite wisdom of Spirit is like a blink. The knowledge of man -no matter how much, will always be as a grain of sand in front of a mountain.
That’s why, spirituality is not a path to increase information but is the art of living one moment at a time. And this may seem superficial but when we are alert and awaken, we don’t consider reality, beyond ourselves, but we are in that precise moment, unconditional beings integrated into a universal breath without frontiers in the universe. That instant is eternity and in truth is everything that we have :
An unconditional present.
For the mind: This is to contemplate in a serene way.
For the body, this is harmony.
And for the spirit, this is to flow.

The Natural Expression of the Spirit

The universe is the perfect work of the Creator. This creation has all the laws, norms, paths and avenues as time and space.
Man, as a creature inspired by the grandiosity of Goodness and Love, appreciates and feels the happiness and rhythm of life. He, then evokes this mystery and wonder by shaping it in different ways, as painting, music, poetry, sculpture, etc.

Art is objective, worthy, subjective, inner and outer. Also, is primordial, fundamental, practical, dynamic and vital.
What is the cause of all this? The answer is simple and profound : The work of man is also, movement of spiritual energy because art has arisen from inspiration and from the effort of work, dedication, tenacity, persistence, self analysis, sense of self criticism, reasoning, surrender, love, passion, loyalty, fidelity, magic, mystery and many other things, which represent a single sharing. They shape, in some way, the invisible and going beyond words, they are living purpose in a complete work that always aspires that Truth prevails.
Art is then, message and messenger, love and lover, that between lights and shadows, between to make and to die, expresses the feeling, the meaning of why to be and for what to live.

A: There is no difference between difficult or good times. The soul is always nourished of the love of God and its development is confronted in the practice of the daily living. Difficulties are part of the journey, while in the sea of life, which are inevitable at times.

But the human being does not separate or come near the truth, because of that. The great changes and visions of the consciousness do not happen on the outside. They happen in the more private world of the consciousness, where it is discovered how to appreciate the mysteries of creation, which have to totally do with the intention, with the work, the action and the reason, which means, the definition of good, true and justice.

All this emanates from the eternal and sacred presence of God, Which is always constant, in any time. He never varies. He is the perfect absolute. He is infinitely merciful. The understanding of the mystery of faith, allows us to be constantly nourished of His Presence. But not like predators devouring the prey. But rather by participating in His eternal call of Love.

How to overcome a Pessimistic Attitude

This subject has multiple characteristics, such as: The syndrome of catastrophe, of penury, lamentation, hopelessness, disappointment, bitterness, frustration, loneliness, and abandonment. These, altogether, disqualify the person as well, to transmit enthusiasm or joy.

Pessimism, is the fatalistic condition of denying every option of good, success or achievement. It is even more lethal because infects, alters and disturbs. It is based on insecurity, in frustration, abandonment and for sure, in the lack of attention and affection.

We are not born pessimistic, unfortunately, we are trained in this fact. What is more terrible is that pessimism is instilled in us, for many reasons, in which we can find: mistreat, abandonment, violence, cruelty. Then, a series of deficiencies are accumulated.

The person who is pessimistic is showing his pain, his lack of security, his confusion about values. He is also saying that he lacks faith. Pessimism must be eradicated and not even a vestige or shadow must be left. Because life, in spite of its difficulties, always has the wonderful opportunity of realizing the highest and purest Love, which is the Love of God.

It is necessary to teach the doctrine of Peace and Love, as an integral culture of service to man. This must be taught even before his birth and on each stage of life, must be reinforced the principle of spirituality, which is confidence, fullness of virtues and values, being these, the instruments for a real and true life.

Man, does not have to be boastful. He must be an individual capable of facing the limitations that may arise. But with the torch of victory, of effort and dedicated study. Where the will is to the service of a pure and true reason, which is a shared in common good. And results in a world of peace and in a just life, lived in fullness of Love.

Hope in my Heart

Love abandoned me yesterday, saying: ” I don’t want you by my side any longer.” And I felt as if claws of sadness were opening my chest, as if my heart was getting smaller while I was suffering, full of anguish and desperation. Then, I reached the decision of approaching Love again and told him: ” Please, do not abandon me.” But love turned me down again but this time he said it louder and without preamble: ” Leave from my side, this same minute.”
I went back to see the heart but he was not bleeding any longer, he seemed healed. And I could not understand how he changed so much from suffering to not suffering, from crying to not crying. I was very surprised and told him:
“Tell me heart, what’s happening, love turned you down, I first saw you suffering and thought that you would die and the second time, was even worse but nevertheless I see you almost smiling now. Tell me heart, have you gone crazy or am I crazy? Answer me because I can’t understand you.”
And the heart said: ” You first saw me suffering with deep wounds and the second time I did not have any wounds. I will explain the mystery: although love turned me down and this time it would seem that he has abandoned me, I know that love will come back. I know that love will return, maybe it will be that love, or maybe that love will not return again. but love is greater than love itself and tomorrow another love will come, who will love me even more and who will truly love me.”
And I asked: ” Who told you so, who convinced you?”
And the heart answered: ” There is a very wise lady who gives you advice, strength and she exalts you, she told me so.”
And I asked again: ” What’s her name?” And the heart said: ” Her name is “Hope

There are so many different types of love; some are bitter, others are sweet, bittersweet, mean, generous, possessive, controlling, capricious, calculating.Many loves, but in truth, there are not that many, since there are many forgers. Then, how to find true Love if all those seemed to be true and even wanted to be sincere.We must learn to differentiate and is necessary to understand that there is only one true love: the one that is sincere, firm in sadness and happiness, the one that asks you to be the light of the day and when the night comes, he wants you to be the brightest star illuminating the path even in the worse darkness.
Love is trusting, he offers company, he breaths your breath, and in him you don’t find differences but closeness.
Love is tender, vast, generous, he is spontaneous and affectionate. Love is understanding and is committed.
Love is present, constant and renovating. Love always loves you. There are many loves that are not loves, but now you will understand and will appreciate Love.
